I was tagged by the lovely Cathy @ Bookishfall , so thank you for spreading the festive cheer! ❤
I’m one of those people that sings non-stop, so no doubt when I read through these questions I’ll keep bursting into the songs mentioned!
“You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch” – Name a villainous character you couldn’t help but love

The Darkling from The Grisha Trilogy. I’ve only read the first book – Shadow and Bone- so far, but The Darkling was such an interesting character, I couldn’t help but want to know more. I believe I’m getting the second book for Christmas so I can return to him soon 😀
~~~~~~~~~
“All I Want for Christmas is You” – Which book to you most hope to see under your Christmas tree.
The Illustrated Harry Potter. I think this is pretty much on everyone’s Christmas wish list if they haven’t got it already. I just want to relive the world of Harry Potter with the gorgeous illustrations…
~~~~~~~~
“Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” – Name a character that overcomes major obstacles and learns to believe in themselves.

Neville Longbottom! If you compare who he is at the beginning of the Harry Potter series to the guy he is at the end, it’s like a completely different person! He learns to stand up for what he believes in.
~~~~~~~~
“Santa Claus is Coming to Town”
a) Which character do you think would be on the top of the naughty list?
Jackson from The Bone Season. He’s just not a nice person, and he gradually gets worse as the books continue.
~~~~~~~~~
b) Which character do you think would be at the top of the nice list?

Hazel Levesque from the Heroes of Olympus series. She always tries to be nice and I can’t remember her being downright mean to anybody.
~~~~~~~~
“Frosty the Snowman” – Which book just melts your heart
This story is just …Aghhhh. *Sobs*
~~~~~~~~~
“Feliz Navidad” – Choose a book that takes place in a country other than your own.
Pretty much any story. I’ve read very few books that take place in England…Only The Bone Season and The Infernal Devices spring to mind. BUT this is asking for the opposite. I’ve gone for Cinder, which takes in New Beijing/The Moon. Can’t really get any more different than the moon.
~~~~~~~~
“It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” – Which holiday themed book do you use to spread the Christmas joy?
Besides Harry potter, I don’t read any specific books that remind me of Christmas and make me feel festive. BUT last year, maybe the year before I did read Dash and Lily’s book of dares, and that made me feel quite festive.
~~~~~~~~~~
“Baby it’s Cold Outside” – Which book that you didn’t like would you sacrifice to a fire to warm yourself up in the cold?
None, but if I really hand to…The Left Hand of God. I tried reading this last month and I just couldn’t. I didn’t like it at all. There was so much unnecessary violence and I was just thrown into this world I didn’t care for.
~~~~~~~~~
“Do you hear what I hear” – Which book do you think everyone should read?
Going back to one of my previous answers, I’m choosing The Bone Season. I just love this series so much so far and I haven’t seen enough people read it…so read it!
I tag…
