I know this is coming nearly a week into June. I was going to write it the weekend before and have it up early, but I knew I’d finish one last book in May after this would’ve been uploaded, so I delayed the wrap up a week to include it.

Anyway, the month of May seemed to drag out considerably for me. The books I read at the start of the month feel like a lifetime ago. But I’ve had a decent reading month, and a fair few fangirl moments towards the end of the month.

May Book Haul – How Do You Manage To Accumulate Books Without Even Realizing?

Well apparently it’s June.

May did actually drag for me. When I look back at these books, they all feel like I got them a lifetime ago. Well, apart from the last three, which I got a couple of days ago.

About that: The last three books I technically got on June 1st, BUT…I’m hoping not to buy any books in June so they’re being put into this book haul rather than be missed out.

And the title?

That’s because with this month dragging out so much for me, I managed to accumulate nine books in May without even realizing it. Probably because of a combination of me not buying all of them/ I’ve already read some of them/ and I got them over such a wide span…or so I thought.

A review from me on a Monday? Shocking, right?

I know I usually post reviews at the weekend, but that’s purely because that’s when I usually finish my books. But this book only took me a couple of days to read, so I finished it on Saturday.

So yay, bonus review for this week!

Let’s talk about Just A Few Inches!

Let me just get this out there: I’m not a fan of the book cover. But there’s that phrase all us bookworms say…what is it?…“Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.” That certainly applies in this case, because while I’m not a fan of the cover, I greatly enjoyed the book. So I’m very glad I didn’t judge it beforehand!
